Summary: Pipedrive provides users to sign in and see an outlook on everyone of the arrangements and stages for an organization. That is by a long shot the most significant. Hence, I do not need to draw reports, and that saves time.
Positive: I like Its very easy and simple user interface. It has full functionality and features that my company needs.
Negative: They should have more project tools inside Pipedrive, so more customers contact could be done inside CRM.

Summary: Highly recommended for Sales teams looking for a simple, yet powerful sales tool to get them organized. Individuals and small teams might not need the extensive feature set.
Positive: - Excellent mobile apps and email synchronization.

Summary: I manage my company customers using Pipedrive and also following them up. It allows me for better managing my day to day work with customers, focusing on the parts where it's essential keeping all of the action details. Hence, it nurtures my leads in a better and managed way!
Positive: I like its excellent support, documentation and easy to use features. Also, it is full of advanced features with fast and stable facilities.
Negative: Its mobile application has too many limitations and that should be looked in, because every now and then I need to switch on my PC for using missing features.

Summary: The great thing about Pipedrive is that it got me off the need to use multiple excel sheets stored in a number of places. Now we can easily get an estimate of what our sale numbers/leads numbers look like, how effective our marketing campaigns are, what phase of the customer journey each of our users are in.
Positive: Some great things about Pipedrive are:
1. Pipedrive has a really intuitive UI that makes it really easy to view and track communication with clients
2. It is highly customizable with an amazing drag and drop interface which makes it on par with some of the best CRMs in the market.
3. It has several templates to send emails to your customers which help in driving marketing campaigns and also new templates are added regularly.
4. Very easy to set up and get your business up and runningNegative: Nothing much to complain about but, one feature that would be good to have is to give the option to download statistics and reports so that some data analysis can be done on weekly/monthly sales.
