jxProject is not great, but it has resource levelling and it has low advertisised price. The problem is with support. Paid for two licenses, received nothing. Contacted support, got not answer back. It is as if the company went out of business and the owner still keeps the website and the PayPal account to collect easy money. By the looks of it, a scam. Definitely to avoid.
