Does what I need it to

    Edited: Nov 26 2025

Summary: Been using it for about three months. It's fine—gets the job done without major issues. I tried two other tools before this, and they had worse problems (formatting issues, crashes, high prices). Does what I need it to do for my day-to-day work with PDFs.

Positive: I use this pretty much daily for work—merging documents, converting files, that kind of thing. It's browser-based, so I don't have to deal with software updates or IT approval, which is huge in our office. Processing is fast enough that I'm not sitting around waiting. The tools I use most (merge, split, compress) work reliably. Interface makes sense without having to watch tutorials.

Negative: Tried using the AI chat feature to translate a huge document, and it just crashed on me—had to break it into smaller files.
